so yesterday was pretty much a musical day… i watched Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical when I woke up… it was really good… there was this 1930s propaganda film that basically said that marijuana was the number one evil force of the world, and it was going to take over all the children, and that it originated from black people and jazz music, etc. etc… anyway… these two guys were on a roadtrip one day and decided to turn it into a musical… and now, the movie musical… it’s a satire, of course… and it was really good… plus, Kristen Bell was in it, who i love… it also had Neve Cambell, Christian Cambell, Ana Gasteyer, Alan Cumming, John Kasir, Amy Spanger, Robert Torti, Steven Weber… basically a great cast… and in my opinion, a really good movie…
and later that night, my friend Erik took me to see Cabaret at Les Folies Bergere, and it was absolutely amazing… we were up close on the floor, and it was a beautiful thing…
so basically… a pretty sweet day… especially since my dream the night before was in musical format too… oh if only life were a musical…
life is a cabaret…
